Since customized products are made according to your personalized requirements, they generally do not support non-reasonable returns or exchanges. However, if there are quality issues with the product or it does not conform to the agreed plan, we will provide free adjustments or remakes. We will confirm details such as design drafts, sizes, and materials with you before placing the order, and arrange production only after your confirmation.
We provide export-grade five-layer corrugated cartons to ensure that products are protected from collisions during transportation. If you need special packaging (such as gift boxes, custom LOGO packaging, etc.), please inform us in advance. We will provide solutions according to your needs, and additional fees may apply.
Shipping methods include express delivery, sea freight, air freight, etc. The specific timeliness and costs are calculated based on the destination and product weight.
The production cycle of customized products depends on the complexity of the product, material supply, and order quantity. Under normal circumstances, we will provide samples or design documents within 3-7 working days after confirming the requirements.
Mass production may take 18-22 working days (the specific time is subject to communication). If you have urgent needs, we can provide expedited services, and additional fees may apply.
Our company has a professional design team and currently has some designs. What kind of style are you looking for? I can send pictures for your choosing.
Normally our other customers will order pre-production samples before the mass goods. After you approve the pre-production samples, we will produce according to the samples and your updated file.
During the production process, we will have internal QC to check the raw materials/printing effect/surface treatment/product structure/packaging. After the completion of production , we will send you product pictures and video for double confirm before shipment.
